You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
7. Cookies and trackers
A cookie (or tracker) is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines (transposing the ePrivacy Directive), only strictly necessary trackers may be set without your consent; all others require your prior consent.
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any trackers that require your consent: no advertising cookies, no analytics tools, no embedded social networks, no embedded third-party translation or mapping services. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself, and switching between languages (French, English, Chinese) is done simply by changing page, without storing anything. A simple information banner is shown on your first visit: the fact that you have closed it is remembered for 12 months in your browser's local storage (key lv-cookie-notice). This storage is strictly necessary for that function and does not require your consent.
Links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps) are simple links: by clicking them you leave our website and the service concerned applies its own rules. The administration area reserved for LED VICTOR uses a strictly technical session cookie; it does not concern visitors.
If, in the future, we were to add a tool that requires consent (for example audience measurement), we would ask for your prior agreement through a banner letting you accept or refuse just as easily, and this policy would be updated. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. To learn more: www.cnil.fr/en.
8. Security
LED VICTOR implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected access to the database and the administration area, limited to authorised staff, protected files that are not publicly accessible, and hosting within the European Union.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change, in particular if regulations or the services we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a significant change, we will let you know on the website.
